Office building

An office building is a rabbit hole in The Sims 3. It is the workplace for business, journalism, and video game developer careers. Sims can attend a writing and social networking classes for §400 and §500, respectively. If Sims work in business career, they can also prank their coworkers outside their working hour.

Sims can invest their money to become partner §18,000; or buy out the property for §40,000. They can collect the invested money for §3,000 (partnered), or §6,000 (owned) per week.

In Bridgeport, Appaloosa Plains, Starlight Shores and Moonlight Falls, office buildings are combined with the bistro. Meanwhile, it is combined with the bookstore in Isla Paradiso.
