While there is no reason to assume that she necessarily is a missing family member, as people do share surnames without being related (and since it's more than likely that the development team forgot all about her), there is certainly room for players to envision her as the ex-wife of one of the Pleasants.
  • An episode of the British sitcom Outnumbered shows two characters playing a fictionalized version of a Sims-like computer game, with characters purportedly based on the show's central family. However, when the computer screen is shown, it is unmistakably the Pleasant Family of The Sims 2 being played, with Lilith as the active character.
