The sea monster is an NPC creature that can be found in The Sims: Unleashed, The Sims: Hot Date, The Sims: Vacation and The Sims 4: Get Together.
The Sims[edit | edit source]
The sea monster can occasionally be seen emerging from the river at the bottom left of Old Town, though Sims cannot visit it or interact with it. It can also be seen in Downtown and Vacation Island.
The Sims 4: Get Together[edit | edit source]
It is noted as a mythological creature, although it can be sighted throughout the waters of Windenburg. Like in The Sims, the sea monster cannot be interacted with by Sims and is purely for decoration.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The sea monster of Windenburg is apparently female and is called Emily, as stated in an official interview.
- In The Sims 4: City Living, Sims can purchase a snow globe with her in it at GeekCon.
- The monster could be a possible play on the Loch Ness Monster, a creature in Scottish folklore. If so, it could be the creature referenced, though unseen, in Dragon Valley, by way of The Sims 3.
