Malcolm owns two [[community lot]]s, [[Club Dante]] and [[Electronics Supercenter]]. Even though the Electronics Supercenter sells TV sets, he does not own one. However, the house is very well furnished, with expensive furniture. Since [[Fortune]] Sims often want to buy furniture, this may complicate satisfying some of Malcolm's [[wants]].


In the [[Landgraab family#Photo Album|Landgraab family album]], there is a picture of Malcolm and a woman who resembles [[Nina Caliente]] in the hot tub. Strangely, Malcolm's skin tone is inconsistent with the skin tones of his ancestors. All of his grandparents have light skin (S1), both of his parents have tan skin (S2), and he has medium skin (S3). It is unclear how this could have happened, so it may have been an oversight by the developers.
