In The Sims 3 (console), it is a Challenge Reward that can be purchased for 450 Challenge points. When the reward is purchased, it can be bought for §3000 in any saved game even those with cheats enabled . It has the same functions as in The Sims 3 but when placed in the inventory, any Sim in the household can use the Cure and Zap functions.

Since cheats disable challenges, players cannot complete challenges to earn 450 points.
