About Me

Well, I'm Madeleine and I live in Atlantic Canada :D I love writing and drawing, so I have a couple Fanons, including my on-going fan-ficiton, Spectral, which is completed, and Spectral: Part Two, which is currently under construction. If you've read them, you know I like to create cool edited pictures for my chapters ;)

I'm not any ONE kind of Simmer...there are experimenters, builders, blah blah blah, and all that, but I cannot be put into a category. I have my own weird way of playing, which involves everything involved in those categories and none of it at the same time....Yep, my life is pretty paradoxial.

Just realized I did a terrible job at explaining that...Oh well :D

I may seem to have an obsession with death, but it's more of a mild interest. (It's not like I kill Sims or anything...*nervous laugh*........)

Sims Who Scare Me.... O.O

Yes, they are all from the Sims 3, and dead, but that's beside the point.

• Lotta Greaves - Buried behind a vampire club...hmmm, wonder what happened there? I know gameplay doesn't let vampires murder sims, but the idea still freaks me out...(overactive imagination)
• Macy Clay - Buried behind a laundromat??? After a fire??? That is creepy. I will forever have nightmares of crisply burned bodies rising from the dead at my local laundromat.
• Lacy Darer - Died in a junkyard...or was "dropped off" there after her fiery death...
• B. Vernon Castor - Who buries an electrocuted old man near a diner...?
• Wilhelmina Leaf - One of 5 pre-made deceased children, plus really sad and ugly-looking. PLUS, she died by electrocution , which, like, isn't possible for children.
• Sinjon Frank - I recently learned he is one of very few deceased sims in Bridgeport...he's buried between two dumpsters behind the theatre O.O
• Pixie Carlton - Um, why is she in the Racket house?

Oddly enough, out of all these dead sims that freak me out, none are from Sunset Valley, Riverview or (my favorite) Appaloosa Plains...not even the Remington's...(maybe it's because they're the only two towns I really use...?) None are from TS2 either, not even the eyeliner-wearing Tricou's from Nightlife. Hmmm, I wonder why....

....maybe because THEY DON'T HAVE DEAD BODIES STREWN ALL OVER THE PLACE!

....at least they make the towns interesting, I guess...okay, it's kinda creepy in an awsome, I-can't-believe-I-needed-to-read-something-on-a-wiki-about-this-before-I-noticed-it kind of way. I mean seriously, I must be really unobservant, because now I'm seeing gravestones everywhere in Twinbrook in places I've been at least a dozen (more or less) times!

And why are all pre-made ghosts (other than in Sunset Valley & Riverview) really....ugly? Is it because they wanted them to look scarier? O.o Well, they do make some really horrifying ghost babies!

My Favorite Sims

Waaaaaaay down here is a list of my favorite pre-made sims. :)

He was a hunk when he was younger, okay? I dunno. I love him because I think he was the southern-gentleman type...before Cornelia ruined him. xD

1. Gunther Goth!!! (TS3) - Gunther Goth is basically the awesomest Sim ever. I mean, he founded SUNSET VALLEY , and he is the father of the famous Mortimer Goth! Plus he's all old country and pretty dang stylin'!
2. Alouette Bird - I just love the name...Alouette :3
3. Lotta Greaves - Yep, she creeps me out, but for some reason her death seems interesting, almost suspicious....
4. Cornelia Goth (TS3) - Elegant, Grumpy, Old-Fashioned, Gothic, & Artistic - Practically my doppelganger! Well, if i were 30 years older ;)
5. Olive Specter - Ooooh, Olive the murderer! Way cooler than olive the fruit.
6. Don Lothario - Who doesn't love a romancer? ;)
7. Lolita Goth - How mysterious...a young, childish lost relative of the cherished Goth's?

Maybe one day I'll add my favorite pets, but, for now...out of all the "Minor Pets" I just love owls :D (thought I've never seen one in-game...yet)

The Goth Situation

If you've never heard of the Goth's or don't know anything about them, scroll on, because only an avid Goth fan will be able to understand this..lol.

Okay, there are lots of disbutes of who the Goth's really are, and their story. That mystery is mostly complicated by these things:

• The many different towns the older generations lived in (where exactly was Mortimer born? Sunset Valley or the "Old Country"?)
• Lolita Goth & Frida Goth
• And Bella's disappearance

So this is how I see it.

Gretle and Victor (generation 1) raised Gunther and Frida (generation 2) in Old Country. First Gunther was married to Lolita Goth, the daughter of my imaginary Sims Eleanor and Jeremy Caligo. After Jeremy's death, Lolita was distraught and could not stand Gunther's depressing attitude. BAM, they're divorced, and Gunther is heartbroken until he falls for Cornelia Crumplebottom. After they are married, Lolita perishes when she visits Gunther to retrieve her father's radio, where it had been stored in the attic. Electrocution took her young life.

Burying his first wife, he begins to ignore Cornelia. They are both adults now (Lolita was a few years younger than Gunther) and Gunther has thrown himself into his work. Cornelia tells him she is pregnant as he scribbles away on his papers in his study. Without looking up, he blinks. He meets her eyes to see no emotion on her dark face. He abruptly stands and hugs her. This surprises her, as for the last years he has been somewhat ignoring her. When Mortimer is born, Gunther is happy. Gunther founds a new town he names Sunset Valley, and builds himself, Cornelia, and his new son a Manor that sits in the moutains, overshadowing the newborn town. Soon, though, Prudence and Simon, Cornelia's parents, die of old age. This is after Gretle and Victor pass away. Mortimer has no memory of these deaths, but that's how I see it, considering grave sites can't exactly move, though last I checked, the Goth Manor in the Sims 2 isn't on a mountain.

This is getting long, so I'll *TRY* to wrap it up.

Mortimer grows up and marries Bella Bachelor. Their first child Cassandra was born in the home where Mortimer grew up, and Gunther and Cornelia had moved across PleasantView with their two cats. When Alexander was very small, Gunther died in a fire that burned his and Cornelia's estate to the ground. Cornelia then moved in with the rest of her family. Alexander was only starting school when yet another fire took Cornelia's life, burning the first Goth home to the ground. Rebuilding the manor through his adulthood, Mortimer had renamed the town Pleasant View. With their whole family buried on the lot, the newest Goth Manor was built in the same place, a towering house with four stories, three bedrooms, and many extra rooms. Bella was growing older. One night, as she contemplated her relationship with Mortimer and watched the stars, she was taken....by....eh, I don't know. She's gone. Mortimer begins dating Dina Caliente because she is an evil, greedy seductress, Cassandra marries Don and becomes a Lothario, and Alexander marries Cecelia. Oh, and Frida ran away when Gunther was married to Lolita, disappearing into the East...

Maybe we'll get some answers in The Sims 4.. :O
