A list of unborn babies in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3.

The Sims 2

The three unborn babies in The Sims 2 base game all have unique attributes among unborn Sims in the series: unborn baby Broke is the only one whose gender is pre-determined; unborn baby Curious is the only alien baby (and Pascal the only pregnant male); and unborn baby Monty is the only unborn Sim to be deceased.

The Sims 3

Riverview, Bridgeport and Hidden Springs are the only neighbourhoods in The Sims 3 with no pregnant or unborn Sims when first loaded.
