Bonehilda emerging from her coffin.

Bonehilda is an NPC that was introduced in The Sims: Makin' Magic, and later returned in The Sims 3: Supernatural and The Sims 4: Paranormal Stuff. She can be summoned from either a special upright coffin[TS:MM][TS3:SN] or by performing a seance[TS4:PS].

She mainly functions as a maid, with the ability to clean a Sim's house free of charge. However, depending on the game, she can also repair broken appliances, do laundry, tend to a garden, socialize, prepare meals, and care for children. As a walking skeleton, any human maids who see her while they are working may freak out and quit their job, and house guests will generally be tense in her presence. In haunted houses[TS4:PS], she is able to protect the residents by fighting off a vengeful spirit known as Temperance.

Bonehilda will occasionally grab a drink from a nearby bar, sink or refrigerator when she has nothing else to do, which will humorously flow right through her and leave a puddle on the floor. She also seems to be a fan of the Grim Reaper, and might stop to ask him for an autograph if he shows up[TS:MM].

Removing her skeletal appearance using cheats or mods results in a Sim that resembles the Grim Reaper[TS3:SN], or a light-skinned woman with long red hair and green eyes[TS4:PS].

Voting Rules and Guidelines

Initial nominations

Anyone may nominate any article they wish, as long as the article has not already been featured or already nominated. Please follow this process:

  1. Start a new section below with a link to the article being nominated.
  2. Sign the nomination using four tildes (~~~~).

Rules for voting

Anyone may vote for as many articles as they choose. Please observe these rules:

  1. Sign all votes, and do not vote for the same article more than once.
  2. When nominating an article, the nominee cannot vote for it.

Selection

  • At the beginning of each new month, an administrator will determine the nominated article with the most votes. The article with the highest vote total may be selected as the Featured Article.
  • Administrators can override the winning article under these circumstances:
  1. One administrator may override in order to feature an article on the wiki which is relevant to a current or recent event or game release
  2. Two administrators in agreement may override a winning article if they determine it to be of poor quality. If overriden, the article will wait for a month to be featured - if it is not improved by the end of the month, the nomination will be deleted and it will have to be re-nominated. If the article is improved by that time, it becomes the next Featured Article.

Votes and Nominations

Place your nominations or votes below the article(s) you would like to see featured. Nominations and votes should be based on the article quality, not just the content of the article. Please sign all votes using four tildes (~~~~).

Genie

The article is highly descriptive given that the subject spans across multiple games and it appears to be written quite well. Lost Labyrinth (c)(b) 21:26, May 21, 2013 (UTC)

  1. Agreed with Lab's assessment of the article. It's very well-written, even for a life state article (which tend to be pretty high caliber anyways). -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 04:24, May 25, 2013 (UTC)
