Monte Vista will be the seventh world from The Sims 3 Store. It was announced on October 10th 2012 in the Maxis live broadcast. There were no rumors relating to this world. It will be released in late 2012. Monte Vista is on the eastern coast of the Fictitious state of SimNation , Papal.

It also features a premium content called The Woodfire Oven which Sims cook new recipes such as pizzas, calzones and lasagnas. The poulation of Monte Vista is currently unknown, but we can only assume it will be over 50. If The Sims 3: Late Night is installed, then some of the current sims In Monte Vista will have the Celebrity Status.

The Sims 3 Monte Vista is a beautiful, bright, sun kissed world. You will be getting Rolling Hills, Cyprus Trees, Mountain Top Views, in a Walled In City that you are all going to love.
