Clean up our articles

Some of our articles are in need of a good cleanup! And it doesn't need to be anything huge. A simple fix to spelling or grammar is greatly appreciated as well. You can also check out the Manual of Style to gain insights on our current policies regarding article quality. You can help by improving the articles in these categories:

Bonehilda emerging from her coffin.

Bonehilda is an NPC that was introduced in The Sims: Makin' Magic, and later returned in The Sims 3: Supernatural and The Sims 4: Paranormal Stuff. She can be summoned from either a special upright coffin[TS:MM][TS3:SN] or by performing a seance[TS4:PS].

She mainly functions as a maid, with the ability to clean a Sim's house free of charge. However, depending on the game, she can also repair broken appliances, do laundry, tend to a garden, socialize, prepare meals, and care for children. As a walking skeleton, any human maids who see her while they are working may freak out and quit their job, and house guests will generally be tense in her presence. In haunted houses[TS4:PS], she is able to protect the residents by fighting off a vengeful spirit known as Temperance.

Bonehilda will occasionally grab a drink from a nearby bar, sink or refrigerator when she has nothing else to do, which will humorously flow right through her and leave a puddle on the floor. She also seems to be a fan of the Grim Reaper, and might stop to ask him for an autograph if he shows up[TS:MM].

Removing her skeletal appearance using cheats or mods results in a Sim that resembles the Grim Reaper[TS3:SN], or a light-skinned woman with long red hair and green eyes[TS4:PS].

  • The Sims 4: StrangerVille has now been released. A lot of the information regarding this pack is very, very low at the moment, so I ask (again) anyone who has the game pack and time to edit here in the wiki to add information regarding this brand new game pack. Get Famous got a nice amount of basic info to the wiki, so let's make the same happen for StrangerVille. - SimDestroyer (talk) 18:00, February 26, 2019 (UTC)
  • The Sims 4: Get Famous has now been released and people are starting to play it. A lot of the information regarding this pack is very low at the moment, so I ask anyone who has the expansion and time to edit here in the wiki to add information regarding this brand new expansion pack. It would be nice to not be dealing with stub articles of a brand new TS4 expansion third time in a row. - SimDestroyer (talk) 06:30, November 16, 2018 (UTC)
  • Currently The Sims Wiki is undergoing the process of updating the infobox templates. More info about this can be found on LostInRiverview's blog entry: Infobox template migration. - KailynnKat(talk/fanon) 23:41, June 12, 2018 (UTC)
  • There's a lot of teaching moments possible for The Sims 4: Parenthood, but the page for it doesn't have a lot of them listed. It would be great if anyone would add any that they knew. IsaiahScribblenauts Disscuss - My Fanon 13:47, May 15, 2018 (UTC)

  • The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs was released two months ago and some of its articles are still in desperate need for expanding. While some of them have decent amount of information that could still be expanded, there are some articles such as vet clinic, pet illness and pet training that have no information at all. With the expansion pack being that old now, I think it's time to do some progress in terms of editing and expanding these articles. - SimDestroyer (talk) 15:21, January 28, 2018 (UTC)
  • {{Sim4}} and {{Simbio4}} infoboxes will now display social club membership from The Sims 4: Get Together. To use this functionality, add the "club1", "club2", and/or "club3" parameters to the infobox code on the Sim article. This functionality works both on canon Sim and fanon Sim articles. Custom club names and images are also accepted (be sure to format the custom club icon to 20px). Message me if you have any questions or run into any trouble while using this. -- LiR talk · blog · contribs 20:17, December 22, 2017 (UTC)
