Al Simhara is a town/neighbourhood which will be introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures along with Shang Simla and Champs Les Sims. It is found in a country that parodies Egypt and so will feature activities and items that will compliment Egyptian culture. It has been confirmed from screen shots that pyramids are present in this town and that your can enter them and there will also be a sphinx, and by sleeping in a sarcophagus, a Sim can become a mummy.

The name may be referencing the Sahara Desert of Egypt.
