Avant garde
Avant Garde is a mental trait introduced in The Sims 3: University Life. This trait is associated with a "Hipster" as it offers interactions which support non-conforming. It is first available for teens.
Avant Garde Sims know what's art and what's not, and don't mind letting others know. It's tough to please an Avant Garde type!
Attributes
- Your Sim will increase their Street Art skill at a faster rate.
- Paintings and Sculptures created by your Sim are worth more Simoleons.
- Your Sim will sometimes feel important when critiquing others.
Special Interactions
- Avant Garde Sims can write Poetry at Writing level 2, and Satire at Writing level 4.
