Non-Player Sims Only or Townie lots are a new kind of residential lot introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures. When a lot is tagged with this type only townies can move in, and playable sims cannot. This tag is available in destination worlds - Al Simhara, Shang Simla, and Champs Les Sims - and in the Create-A-World tool, but it is not readily available in home worlds such as Sunset Valley or Twinbrook. This lot type will function without World Adventures installed provided the user is at a high enough patch level.
