The Sims 3: World Adventures

Non-Player Sims Only, or townie lots, are a type of residential lot introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures. When a lot is tagged with this type only townies can move in, and playable Sims cannot. This tag is available in destination worlds (Al Simhara, Shang Simla, and Champs Les Sims) and in the Create a World tool, but it is not readily available in home worlds such as Sunset Valley or Twinbrook. Because several lots are designated to be part of adventures and may contain hidden tombs, this lot assignment is necessary to make sure that the player's Sims do not reside in these lots.
