Star quality is a lifestyle trait released with The Sims 3: Late Night expansion pack. Its existence was confirmed during a Grant Rodiek Twitter session regarding the expansion pack.[1]
Sims who have Star Quality are destined to be in the spotlight. They have an easier time befriending Celebrities and climbing the ladder to stardom.
