Gym is type of lot in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. It is also a lot assignment in The Sims 3.

Campus Gym is a gym at Sim State University.

The 28 Hour Wellness Gym is the default gym for Sunset Valley. It has two weight machines and two treadmills upon which Sims can work out. It also has showers, a small dining area, and large swimming pool.

Riverview Gymnasium is, as the name suggests, the default gym for Riverview. It has three weight machines and two treadmills, all recolored red, upon which Sims can work out. It also has showers, a small dining area, and large pool.

Lakefront Wellness Center is the default gym for Twinbrook. The gym area of the lot is in a basement, with the upstairs areas hosting a hall. There is a yard with a trampoline.
