Star quality is a lifestyle trait released with The Sims 3: Late Night expansion pack. Its existence was confirmed during a Grant Rodiek Twitter session regarding the expansion pack.

Sims who have Star Quality are destined to be in the spotlight. They have an easier time befriending Celebrities and climbing the ladder to stardom.
