The Sims 2 Apartment Pets is a video game for the Nintendo DS video game console. EA has described it as a follow-up to The Sims 2 Pets for the Nintendo DS. As in the original, it will allow a diverse amount of customization, allowing pets to be created in a variety of colors and sizes.

Gameplay

The Sims 2: Apartment Pets is a combination of The Sims 2: Apartment Life and The Sims 2: Pets. Before you begin the game you create a Sim in Create-A-Sim but with very limited options compared to other games in the series. It is quite unique compared to other games in the series however some players found that it can get quite boring.

Story

The player guides their Sim through a story that requires them to take care of pets at their uncle's pet spa as well as taking care of their own pets.

Reception

The Sims 2 Apartment Pets got generally negative reviews, with critics calling it "monotonous" and "completely shallow", criticizing the uninteresting pets and bland storyline.[1][2]
