The Sims Medieval is an upcoming stand alone game in The Sims series. The Sims Medieval was officially confirmed on August 3rd, 2010 though it had been rumored before that[1]. The game will run on The Sims 3 engine and will be a spin-off in a similar way that The Sims Stories games was a spin-off of The Sims 2[2].
