The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff is the eleventh stuff pack for The Sims 4, released worldwide on June 20, 2017.

This pack features a rock climbing treadmill, allowing Sims to climb indefinitely at varying difficulty levels. Fitness videos are brought back, allowing Sims to work out at home without specialized equipment. Earbuds are also included, allowing Sims to listen to music wherever they go without disturbing other Sims nearby.[1]
