The Sims 4: Spa Day

The Sims 4: Spa Day is the second game pack for The Sims 4. It was released on July 14, 2015.[1]
It includes a new type of venue, the Spa, new objects such as the sauna, outfits and interactions, such as getting a massage at the message chair and the mud bath.
The pack also includes the new Wellness skill; by taking yoga classes and learning how to meditate, Sims can build this skill. The higher their Wellness skill, the more Yoga poses they will be able to do, and the better massages they will be able to give.

New gameplay mechanics
Spa Day introduces a new Wellness Skill. Sims can master their mind, body, and emotions, through wellness skill books, yoga, massage, or meditation. Sims with a high level Wellness Skill can unlock advanced yoga poses, a variety of good quality massages, and many other benefits.
Along with the new Wellness skill, there is a brand new Spa venue.
Meditation is a way for Sims to increase their Wellness Skill while maintaining a peaceful mind. Sims who reach a state of tranquility while meditating will experience a “Successful Meditation”.
Yoga is yet another way to increase the Wellness Skill, while maintaining tranquility for your Sims. Yoga Mats can be purchased in buy mode and can be used anywhere your Sim takes them. Performing yoga not only increases Wellness, but also increases a Sim’s Fitness skill. Being Focused helps Sims perform at a faster rate.
There is a brand new Radio Station called “New Age”. You can listen to the new channel via high end Stereos and Wall Speakers.
All Sims teen and older can give and receive a variety of massages. The quality of the massage is tied into the Wellness skill, and can leave your Sim with either a positive or negative moodlet.
Mud baths and Body Soaks are interactions that have been added to nearly all existing bathtubs. All Sims, children included, can now work out their tension and enhance their mood in the comfort of their own home.
The Sauna is a relaxing object whose sole purpose is to ease your Sim’s tension. All Sims, children included, can “Relax” in the Sauna and enjoy a boost of happiness. Along with these saunas, there is a new death by sauna.
Over 100 buy and build mode items are introduced in Spa Day, for building the perfect spa.
New clothes are also available, with the style being spa and sports related.
