  • Fast Lane Stuff was rumored about a month before the official announcement, though the title and theme was only rumored a few days before the official announcement[3]
  • The Norwegian title of this stuff pack, The Sims 3: Full Fart Stæsj (which translates to The Sims 3: Full Speed Stuff) would go on to become a popular meme in the Sims community when people jokingly interpreted the word Fart as referring to flatulence instead of speed.
