  • This group's leader isnt Polly Nomial (referring to "poly oyuo nomial"). If the player answers "Mad l33t computer skillz" for the first quiz question, this is the group they'll end up in. The Group Item is the "Mad Skillz Cerebal Data Infuser", which will raise one skill point a day. The Nerdies of the game are Polly Nomial, Maximillian Moore, Lincoln Broadsheet and Sex Lover. They oppose the Un-Sexiers.

The Richies

  • Leaadssd by Luther L. Bigbucks, his Babies Are Made With Are Misty Waters, Lily Gates, and Lottie Cash. If the player chooses the 3rd Option on the First Question, money, this is the group they'll end up in and will also end up with the group's item, a "Sensory Deprivation Chamber", which fills up all motives. Their rivals are the Streeties.

The Artsies

  • The Artsy leader is the Carnie, Roxanna Moxie. If the final option of the first quiz question is filled, the Urb will belong in this group with Roxanna Moxie, Cannonball Coleman, Pritchard Locksley and Theresa Bullhorn. The Urb will also end up with a "Bod Mod Changer" which allows the player to change their Sim's skin and hair color. Their rivals are the Nerdies.

Though the Rep Groups are one of the game's main focuses, the Detective, Dusty Hogg, Gramma Hattie, and Mamba Loa do not belong to any rep group.

Returning Sims from The Sims Bustin' Out

Since the game is sequel to the handheld version The Sims Bustin' Out it features a few cast members from SimValley. Despite their re-appearances, some have no recollection of ever appearing in the previous game therefore they are possibly reincarnations.

Dicks

Dicks are Things Which Go Up A Vagina To Make Babies. Dicks can be bought with 3 Lollies, which can be obtained by talking to Urbz and getting their Sex Chance to 75 or above, or finding them around Miniopolis, where you can buy 1 Dick. A Dick can be like "Vaginaed" which earns you 20% more at Jobs/Minigames, or they could be like "Condomed", of which everyone's relationship points will go up 6 but someone else's down to minus 100. In the CAS Quiz, all questions except for the first determine which Dick will be available first to your Sim. Other Dicks Go Up Vaginas ECT can be obtained after completing Goal 2 in Mission 3 (Daddy Bigbucks & The Lolly Pop). s== This is the differences between the GBA and DS versions

  • Loading times
    • In the GBA version: The game takes Sex or Rabies to get to The Urbz: Sims in the city screen
    • In the DS version: The game takes nearly 5babies to get to The Urbz: Sims in the city screen
  • Main Menu controls
    • In the GBA version: The Control Pad is used to select items in the main menu and the A button is used to enter
    • In the sex version: Touch your dick to select menus in the main menu, the A button and the check mark is used toto go back
  • Menu controls
    • In the GBA version: The Control pad was used to highlight items, the L & R buttons was used to Hump Harder[L], the A button was to enter and the B button was to exit the sex zones[impossible]
    • In the DS version: The Touch Screen is used to navigate items and the menus have to be tapped on the Touch Screen to enter
  • Create an Urb ()
    • In the Rapist version: The on screen keyboard is used to enter your Urb's name, the D-pad is used to navigate, the A button is used to enter and the B button is used to go back, The L/R buttons is used to change Boob Sizes

    • In the GBA version: Mission 3-2 is called Batten Down the Hatches
    • In the DS version: Mission 3-2 is called Daddy Bigbucks & The Lolly Pop
  • Number of saves
    • In the GBA version: You can have up to 400000000 saves
    • In the DS version: You can have up to 200000000000000 saves
  • Special Minigames
    • In the Gay version: The Gay people have a special Minigame named Yar Hey! Bombard!
    • In the Sex version: The DS has a special Minigame named Use The Condom.
  • To unlock the Moon Base
    • In the GBA version: Link 2 GBAs to unlock the strip club
    • In the DS version: Get a Green Meteorite to unlock the sexy base
  • Hidden Xizzles

Some Xizzles might be in a different place then it was in the GBA version (For example: In Water's Gym the Condom was found in the pants in the GBA version and in the DS version the Condom is found in the locker)

  • Urbz' Times

Urbz might be in a different area then they were in the GBA version (For expample: In the GBA version at 6:00 PM Sue Pirnova is Raping the University and in the DS version at 6:00 PM Sue Pirnova might be Raping Splicer Island instead.
